Tracey Levy and Gayle Wasserman are the co-founders of Impact Workplace Training, LLC.  They develop and deliver training for managers, HR professionals and individual employees on harassment prevention and other appropriate workplace conduct, employment law compliance, HR best practices and manager support.  Tracey and Gayle have conducted hundreds of training sessions, and their training expertise builds on more than 25 years of legal and employee relations experience.

Tracey and Gayle first met as associates at one of the country’s premier employment law firms, where they found they shared an attention to detail and a passion for supporting employers with their people issues.  They stayed in touch as their paths diverged, with Gayle working for several years at an employment law boutique and then launching her own eponymous firm while Tracey continued in large law firm practice for an extended period before shifting in-house to an employee relations role with an international financial services firm.

Tracey and Gayle began working together again several years after Tracey started her own employment law firm in 2013, supporting each other in their respective law practices through which they advise on employment law issues, conduct workplace investigations, and develop and deliver workplace training.  They have been peers and a training team for more than five years as educators with Cornell University ILR School’s Scheinman Institute in Manhattan.  At Cornell they train HR professionals and managers on conducting workplace investigations, employment law compliance, harassment prevention and effective employee relations.  At the outset of the pandemic, Tracey, Gayle, and their Cornell colleagues quickly pivoted to redesign their programs for a virtual learning environment, and they have since conducted more than 100 sessions of live workplace training over a virtual platform.

As partners in Impact, Tracey and Gayle bring their complementary work experiences, and a deep love and fascination with offering effective, proactive measures to drive culture and effectuate organizational change.
